MySchool
EdTech · Startup test
22 sales — with no ads
The product didn't exist yet. We tested demand first, collecting leads and a waitlist. Once the product was ready, those leads turned into sales.
Fact sheet
Situation
We were originally running lead generation for Progress Solutions (IT outsourcing). Within the lead flow, we noticed a clear, recurring demand for automating private schools.
This finding wasn't just noted — it was confirmed with numbers. And on that basis, the MySchool product was born.
Strategy
The product hadn't been built yet. Even so, we tested demand:
Ads → Lead → Paid waitlist → Product decision → Development → Sale.
Money is the most reliable proof of demand. Someone can say "interested" in words, but if they pay — that's real demand.
Execution
- Proved demand with numbers → the product decision was justified
- Startup test: collected leads and a paid waitlist without a product
- Timed the campaign to the school-year season
- Once the product was ready — those leads turned into sales
Results
Conclusion
Properly set-up lead generation doesn't just produce leads — it can uncover a whole new business direction.
That's the core value of this case: an analytical insight from the lead flow gave birth to an entirely new product.
