Parking24
Parking systems (software and hardware solution)
$1 000 → $150 000
150×We started from the company's opening day. In the first month, the sales team closed 3 major deals.
Fact sheet
Situation
The company had just opened: no marketing, no clients. The founder was direct: "I need sales-ready clients — we'll handle the rest ourselves."
There was established demand in the market, but no one had captured it systematically. That gave us a strategic edge.
Strategy
The Customer Journey Map showed who buys a parking system: a construction company, a business-center owner, or a residential complex manager. They look for a solution when the problem already exists — meaning demand is already formed.
So the funnel prioritized BOFU (the bottom, sales stage). In an empty market, we needed to be first to capture ready-made demand.
Execution
- Social media identity and sales offer built from scratch
- Built a 10-step filter form — only targeted leads reached the sales team
- Launched Meta and YouTube campaigns
- Daily sync with the sales team — a feedback loop on lead quality
Results
Client feedback
“After working together for a year on another project, we trusted them with this one too.”
Conclusion
In an empty market, speed decides — but speed only works together with quality.
If we'd chased cheap leads, the sales team would have drowned. The 10-question filter prevented exactly that: CPL came to $10 (pricier than the market average), but 90% of leads were sales-ready. The sales team's time is worth more than a lead.
