A startup doesn't need branding. Problem → solution → offer → sale: 200 leads, 45 sales, a $1,000 average check = $45,000+.

With $1,000 of correctly spent ad budget you can do ~$50,000 in sales. Don't overcomplicate the process — if you're a startup, you don't need branding yet. The tasks to do are clear: do them and bring "financial blood" to the project.

As an example, take a company that builds websites and split the plan into 4 stages.

1. Identify the problem — what "disease" is there?

First, identify the problem you see in your niche. That is, what "disease" is there, and what "medicine" can you offer for it? In the website example, the problems are: template sites; work done without a clear goal; low sales conversion; copywriting not done to design rules, and so on.

2. Prepare the solution like a "medicine"

Develop a specific solution for each problem and give the first "dose" free at the start. In the website example, the solution is: individual design; a site tailored to each niche; strong UX/UI; copywriting that lifts sales conversion; deadlines and speed; and most importantly — showing the profit delivered in numbers (tracking orders via CRM/ERP). Don't just give a pretty site — add a small free CRM system too.

3. Offer and content package

Prepare videos on 4 scenarios that show what problem you solved: (1) how much online selling the site enabled for the client; (2) a client testimonial; (3) why a site is even needed (what benefit it brings); (4) the main offer — "in 7 days we build a site on individual design and guarantee that correct marketing will multiply your sales."

Post 6–9 pieces about your work on social media — even graphic posts are enough. The goal: when the customer checks you, they find a clear answer to "who are you?"

4. The sale — in numbers

You run targeting on the videos: ad → your selling site. Through the site you get ~200 leads, and you'll have real meetings with ~150 of them. In a month, at an average 30% conversion, ~45 sales close. Even at a $1,000 average check: 45 × $1,000 = $45,000.

One condition: when you go to the customer, come with a "meaty" presentation and offer — far better than showing up without one.

Conclusion

The whole secret of the plan isn't branding or a big budget — it's a clear sequence: find the problem, prepare the solution as "medicine," build trust with offer and content, then drive to the sale via targeting. $1,000 isn't "ad money" — it's fuel for a correctly built funnel.
