Reels → targeting → tutorial → sale. A 7-step B2B funnel where the customer who reaches out buys with no extra questions.

In B2B, the hardest spot is the sales meeting. The customer shows up, but their head is full of doubts: do I need this, can I trust it, is the price worth it? If the customer walks in with those questions, the salesperson spends the whole meeting convincing.

The fix is to "prepare" the customer before the meeting. Below is the funnel we use that delivers the best results: the customer who reaches out already trusts you, their questions are resolved, and they usually buy with little argument.

Step 1: a reels about the problem and the solution

The first step is a 1-minute reels about the customer's problem and its solution. This isn't an ad — it's a short, precise video that touches the question in the customer's head. You run it as a targeted ad to a large reach (say 100,000 views) — paid advertising is a must here, because organic reach won't gather such a precise audience.

Step 2: isolate the interested

Now the key filter: for people who watched more than 75% of the first video, you make a separate 30-second targeted video. Someone who watched to the end is already an interested, "warm" audience. The video's topic is specific: "If you have these problems and are wondering how to solve them — we gave 1, 2, 3 solutions on such-and-such projects and made a YouTube tutorial about it."

Step 3: the YouTube tutorial — the trust machine

Then you make a full YouTube tutorial on that topic. The tutorial does two jobs at once: it teaches the customer and it qualifies them — because someone who watched a tutorial to the end is already a serious buyer. You send those who watched 75% of the first video straight into this tutorial via targeting.

Inside the tutorial you leave a clear CTA (call to action) and contact details — so the customer knows exactly what the next step is.

Step 4: application, meeting, and sale

Finally, you process the incoming applications and calls on time, book the meeting, and close the sale. The customer who reaches this stage already understands their problem, has seen your solution, and trusts you — so the meeting isn't about "convincing" but about "formalizing."

Conclusion

The whole point of this funnel is to make the sale not at the meeting but before it, through content. The reels grabs attention, targeting isolates the interested, the tutorial builds trust. The customer who comes to the meeting arrives with a decision, not questions.

In B2B, selling isn't pressure — it's preparation. Prepare the customer with the right sequence, and they'll come and buy on their own, without you "clinging" to them.
