Even when there were arguments and problems, he has one trait — frankness. We'd sit, talk openly, and keep the work going. In a long-term partnership, exactly this kind of direct relationship resolves problems fast.
Marketing isn't everything
Amon has very strong energy. At the same time, he shows that not everything depends on marketing: there are stages before and after it, and being active in those too is a reason the work succeeds.
That is, even when marketing delivers strong results, it isn't enough alone — it works together with the product, the team, and the quality of execution.
