Why can't developers who graduate from schools find jobs? This question isn't idle — there's a real market problem behind it.
What cust-dev revealed
Two years ago, when I set up an IT academy under UIC Group, I studied the market and saw good statistics. Cust-dev revealed many problems. I was shocked hearing the feedback of graduates from big educational centers — there's theoretical knowledge, but the practice, portfolio, and soft skills needed for a real job are lacking.
A problem is the basis for a solution
Exactly such problems become the basis for a new solution: when you know precisely what the market struggles with, you build an offer that fills that very gap. Behind every strong offer stands a real problem found through cust-dev.
