Situation
DeepVision — an Odoo ERP integrator — made 24 B2B sales with us on a $1,124 ad budget in the first 9 months and became Uzbekistan's first Odoo Gold Partner. Today sales have reached 30, with an average deal of $50,000. Below we show step by step how event marketing, content and VSL delivered this result.
DeepVision is an integrator that implements and develops Odoo ERP for businesses. Its founder, Amon Olimov, is an Odoo expert with 13 years of experience. Its clients are manufacturers and trading companies that want to digitize, and business owners ready to pay $10,000–$15,000 or more for an ERP.
Before we started, two requirements were set: make the company known in the market and start sales quickly.
The challenge: the ERP market is small. In Uzbekistan there aren't many business owners ready to pay for a $15,000 system and who understand its value. A product like this can't be sold "in one click" with ordinary targeted ads — the client has to know you and trust you.
Execution
- We started with event marketing — In May 2025 we held a seminar for business owners and ERP integrators: 200+ leads → the call center called 126 people → 101 people came.
- Content and VSL — Reels on Instagram, tutorials and podcasts with finance experts on YouTube: implementing Odoo, cost accounting, systematizing a business. We ran the tutorials as VSL (video sales letters) in ads. The first sale closed this way in 3 days — a factory in Karakalpakstan, $15,000.
- We shortened the sales cycle with retargeting — We showed the YouTube tutorials to the database of business owners we had built — expertise was proven, and the sales cycle shrank to 3 days.
- PR for growth — A hackathon at PDP — 200+ developers: hiring and partnerships with integrators.
- Business Forum — On January 20, 2026, a forum in partnership with the international Odoo company — ~400 business owners (forum case).
Results
Client feedback
“I have enough projects for 6 months. For the next 6 months I don't need targeting or ads — I won't be able to keep up anyway.”
— Amon Olimov, founder of DeepVision (after the forum)
Conclusion
In total: 2 seminars, 3 hackathons, 1 forum, 200+ tested creatives.
A strategy planned for 1 year was delivered in 9 months. Within the same budget we also took two new DeepVision products to market (Memor CRM and Profaber case).
Who is this approach for? ERP integrators, B2B SaaS and IT service companies — especially products with a ticket above $5,000 and a long decision cycle. If your product can't be sold "in one click", the combination of events, content and VSL works better than ads.
1. For an expensive B2B product, trust is built face to face. Seminars and forums worked better than ads.
2. Content shortens the sales cycle. YouTube tutorials cut the "let me think about it" period to 3 days.
3. In B2B, the system delivers results, not the budget. 30 sales, $50,000 average deal — on $1,658 in ads in total.
Need a result like this? If you're an ERP integrator, run an IT company or want to take your own product to market — we'll review your system in a consultation. The minimum partnership term is 1 year.
