Situation

Inside DeepVision we launched two new industry-specific ERPs: Memor CRM for construction made 5 sales at the idea stage, and Profaber for furniture factories got 31 leads at $1.9 each in its first days after launch. Below we show how we tested the new products.

DeepVision is Uzbekistan's first Odoo Gold Partner (DeepVision case). After years of large ERP projects, the company decided to release ready-made solutions for specific industries: construction and furniture manufacturing.

Two new products — unknown names, no brand, no customers. The task: validate demand quickly and land the first sales, without the risk of building for months only to find out "nobody needs it".

Execution

  • We tested the idea in the market — Without waiting for Memor CRM to be fully built, we took it to market at the idea stage.
  • Branding — Name, visual identity and social media for both products — from scratch.
  • SMM and performance marketing — Targeted ads with a clear offer for an industry pain point: not "ERP for everyone", but "for construction" and "for furniture factories".

Results

Memor CRM — idea tested, GTM done5 sales
Profaber — launched September 2231 leads at $1.9

Conclusion

Profaber's results cover the first days after launch — the case will be updated with sales.

Who is this approach for? It fits teams launching a new product inside an existing company, and developers of industry-specific (vertical) SaaS/ERP. The core idea: validate demand first, not the product.

1. Industry-specific products are strong in marketing. A clear offer means cheap leads.

2. Sell at the idea stage. Memor CRM made 5 sales before it was fully finished.

3. An existing brand's trust speeds up a new product. Both products launched within DeepVision's overall $1,658 budget.
