"Lots of leads, but they're all just curious" is usually a sign of three things: the audience is too broad, there's no filter, or the offer is attracting the wrong people.
The fix: precision and a filter
Step one — narrow the ICP. If you advertise to "everyone," "everyone" comes, including non-buyers. Step two — a filter form: each question blocks a non-buyer. Step three — daily feedback with sales: which leads were quality, and sharpening ads accordingly.
As a result, lead count may drop, but a larger share become MQLs — sales-ready leads. Quality matters more than quantity.
